Desana has followed an Earth-based path for nearly forty years prompted by her abilities to see, work with the dead and walk between the veils. Her journey has led her to study with elders of a rich variety of traditions including Ulchi Shamans, Blackfoot, Druids, High Ceremonial Magicians and Sensitives. Following her intuition in her quest for deeper spiritual understanding, she has practiced magic with generational witches, hypnotherapy and a variety of Mindfulness, Zen and Metta meditations. These diverse experiences with many traditions are the thread from which she weaves her personal spiritual tapestry and deeply informs the magical work she does with others.
